Rick and Kerry were your team today, with the Parkside beat and lower Rush Green seeing patrols, and the blue sky above turning into at least 15 shades of grey late on (6.13 miles).

Hooks Hall Drive (3.56pm), Wheel Farm Drive and Central Park Avenue were each visited, followed by Woodshire Road (4.07pm, p) and Luke Allsopp Square.

Central Park (4.26pm) and Fels Field were up next, along with Eastbrook Drive (4.55pm), Great Cullings and every street on Parish Fields (5.17pm), including Carnation Close (5.27pm).

Valentines Way and Fels Farm Mews (5.57pm, p) were also covered before heading south via The Chase.
